Condo News

Well, Friends... We have all been eagerly waiting for news and now we have it: the condo that we made an offer on was sold to a higher bidder. Well, at least, the bank that owned it chose a higher offer made. Initially, we were quite disappointed. Joaquin and I had begun to build dreams in that place, mentally replacing carpet and spreading color on walls. We had plans to make it our own and have lots of good parties there! Joaquin had even started hunting for a gas grill for the back patio. But, alas... God has other plans for us. And you know what? I'm actually a-okay with that. It has been our prayer all along that God would close the door on a place if He had something else planned. We trust that He is in this, and is guiding our steps and decisions. So many changes are underway in this Garcia household, you just never know where we might end up! :) I'm so thankful for the lovely apartment home that we do have and that we are so well provided for. Thanks to you all that have been praying for us!
