At long last...

Yesterday eve we traveled up to a Starbucks in lovely West Covina to meet a notary and guess what?? After an hour of signing our life away, we are officially done with that long-awaited paperwork!! Yippee! Our notary was such a sweet person, eager to share in our joy, and patient with our giddiness (read: Joaquin's). So that means, the asset company that formerly (*smile*), managed this home has up to 7 days to get us the keys. And ever the ones to hope when hope has been lost, we plan to hold those keys in our very hands by the end of this week! (*we hope*) Praise God!!
